1. Why are we seeing open pits with plastic liners and earthen berms around new well construction here (in northeastern Ohio)? Not against the law?

2. Do injection wells have compression tanks, or holding tanks? --so brine needs to be injected with force? Is it essentially shot into the cracks in the rocks formerly fracked for product?
