Furthermore, it is unsafe to our water, our air and people.” Bechtel is one of several IPA leaders who will be speaking at the press conference Tuesday. IPA is proposing a ban on fracking. “Other communities have banned it and we can too.” reports Bill Rau, another IPA leader who will be speaking at the event, says, “We need to focus on alternative, renewable sources of energy, like wind.” Rau has been a strong proponent of electrical aggregation which would allow residents to choose cheap sources of energy (like wind) that use miniscule amounts of water compared to water-guzzling fossil fuel sources. Bechtel and Rau will be surrounded by a host of zombies who claim they have been zombified by drinking fracking water. “I used to be alive,” says one zombie. “But then I drank fracking water.” IPA says, “Stop the zombification of McLean County.
